Norfolk Roll of Honour records one Great War Casualty
Lieutenant GEORGE BARRY BAGNALL 6th Bn. attd. 13th Bn., Rifle Brigade who died age 30 on 23 April 1917. Son of George and Elizabeth Bagnall, of Fransham House, East Dereham. George Bagnall was born at Hoe, Norfolk, 13th February 1887, the son of George Bagnall of Hoe Hall, East Dereham. He was educated at Charterhouse & Pembroke College, Cambridge and became a solicitor in Oxford Street, London. He joined the 10th Battalion Royal Fusiliers in September 1914. ARRAS MEMORIAL
