Lance Sergeant Hunt was born in London, 11th September 1888 and educated at Shropham, Norfolk. He later lived at New Buckenham. Gunner BERNARD WILFRED PRENTICE Royal Garrison Artillery. From New Buckenham. He was born at Winfarthing on 12th May 1887, and educated at Winfarthing and New Buckenham schools. In October 1915 he enlisted but was dignosed to be suffering from consumption and was discharged as medically unfit on 3 July 1916. He died from consumption at Easington Hospital, Yorkshire, on 5th April 1917. Hence he is not recorded on Commonwealth War Graves Commission or Soldiers Died in Great War.
